The Connections Forum
NEW FROM EEL:
A dedicated space for alumni and early education leaders to stay attuned and connected to their work & leadership community.
The Connections Forum is a monthly learning and connection space for early childhood leaders who have previously participated in an Early Education Leadership offering, including the Conscious Leaders Mastermind Conscious Leadership programs, or leadership coaching with Sarah Moore.

What is The Connections Forum?
The Connections Forum is a monthly group Zoom call led by Sarah Moore and her team of early education leaders and leadership specialists. Run through a relational leadership lens the sessions will focus on the tools and real world applications from your own services and experiences.
Each session focuses on one practical leadership tool and explores:
-
how it shows up in real service-based scenarios
-
how it can support you in conversations with educators, room leaders, families, and leadership teams
-
and how to apply it in ways that are realistic alongside ratios, staffing pressures, and competing priorities
You’ll have the opportunity to bring current leadership challenges into the space and access in-the-moment coaching, while also learning from the shared experiences of other early childhood leaders who understand the realities of the sector.
Be part of the community.
This forum is designed for leaders who want to stay connected to the work, not by adding more theory, but by revisiting familiar tools and frameworks and making sense of them in the context of everyday early childhood leadership.
Join the community of Educational Leaders, Nominated Supervisors, Directors, and other early childhood leaders who have completed professional learning with Sarah Moore at Early Education Leadership, and are looking for an ongoing space to embed, practise, and sustain conscious and relational leadership.
Each month you’ll gain:
-
one clear leadership focus or tool
-
practical ideas for applying it in your service over the coming weeks
-
and renewed connection to a community that speaks the same language
-
support as you apply conscious, relational leadership where it matters most, in practice, with other early childhood leaders and in real time.
Stay connected to the work

The Power of Community
Leadership is not meant to be a solitary path. In The Connections Forum you’ll find a circle of leaders who get it, people who share your values, understand your challenges, and believe in the power of leading from the heart.
It’s a space where vulnerability is welcomed, courage is cultivated, and growth is shared. Together, you’ll challenge assumptions, celebrate breakthroughs, and create new ways of leading that put humanity, not hurry at the centre.
Grounded in the National Quality Standard (NQS)
Across the 10 months, you’ll strengthen practice in key areas of the NQS:
-
QA4 – Staffing Arrangements: Create collaborative, reflective teams where educators feel valued and supported.
-
QA5 – Relationships with Children: Model trust-centred, emotionally attuned communication that shapes meaningful relationships.
-
QA6 – Collaborative Partnerships: Lead open, courageous conversations that deepen family and community connections.
-
QA7 – Governance and Leadership: Clarify purpose, embed reflective practice, and guide continuous improvement with confidence.
