Team Communication Agreements

Online workshops available for your whole team.

Clearer Conversations. Stronger Teams.

Most early childhood leaders aren’t dealing with outright conflict, but with ongoing communication challenges that quietly erode team culture over time.

Staff may come to you with concerns about others. Professional conversations are delayed or avoided. Tension simmers beneath the surface, even when no one’s saying it out loud. This training helps early childhood leaders and educators reset the way they work together, by co-creating shared communication agreements that build trust, clarity, and connection across the whole team.

Grounded in the neuroscience of communication, this practical and relational learning experience supports your team to:

  • Explore what gets in the way of healthy communication

  • Build shared language and clear expectations

  • Reduce reactivity and increase psychological safety

  • Co-create an agreement that guides everyday interactions

  •  Strengthens your team’s ability to navigate challenging conversations with confidence

What's included:
  • 1:1 discovery call for leaders to explore current communication challenges

  • 90-minute interactive team webinar

  • 45-minute follow-up session to support reflection and follow-through

  • Webinar promotional flyer & printable workbook

  • Summaried team communication agreement, with neuro-tips
