These unique online programs designed for Early Childhood Educators and Leaders are informed by the latest neuroscience and are lead by Sarah Moore, an expert in leadership and team dynamics and personal success for Early Education professionals.

Conscious Leaders Mastermind cohort of Early Childhood Directors with Sarah Moore

The Conscious Leaders Mastermind is a 10-month hybrid program (face-to-face + online)n that offers slow pedagogical aligned professional development within a community of peers.

The Dandelion Project is an apprenticeship and training program for mentors. The initial 10 month program teaches you the skills you need to run a mentor program in your service, and helps you implement it. Once graduated your alumni community supports ongoing development and mentorship with facilitation opportunities and ongoing networking events.

Conscious Leader Mastermind

The Conscious Leaders Mastermind is a professional development program, aligned with slow pedagogical principles, that brings together a community of like-minded early childhood leaders. The program uses a relational leadership philosophy that enables you to practice a deeply connected and powerful leadership practice.
