Conscious Leaders Mastermind (CLM) was created for leaders like you, people with a deep sense of responsibility for children, educators, and communities, who sense that leadership is not just about what you do, but about who you are when you do it.
This is not another course full of strategies or checklists. It’s a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the heart of why you lead. It’s a journey inward to build the steadiness, awareness, and emotional presence that ripple outward into every conversation, decision, and relationship.

The CLM is a 10-month journey designed to bring you home to your leadership essence. Through evidence-informed learning, guided reflection, emotional intelligence practices, and deeply human conversations, you’ll expand your capacity to lead with clarity, courage, and heart.
Through this journey, you’ll learn how to:
Respond with presence instead of reacting from pressure
Build trust and psychological safety that enable growth
Foster reflective, growth-focused cultures where curiosity thrives
Make decisions aligned with your deeper values and purpose
Lead change in a way that strengthens relationships and outcomes
This is not about doing more, it’s about being more of who you truly are.
Program Roadmap
The Conscious Leaders Mastermind is a 10-month professional development and reflective practice program designed to strengthen leadership from the inside out.
Through five progressive phases, from intention setting to embedding lasting change, you’ll evolve how you lead yourself, shape conversations, cultivate collaborative teams, and influence the direction of your organisation.
PHASE ONE. Prime for Success (Feb) Intention & Direction
→ Anchor purpose, clarify your vision, and build the trust foundation for growth.
PHASE TWO. Lead Yourself (Mar–May) - Self-Awareness & Regulation
→ Notice patterns, regulate emotions, and lead from a centered presence.
PHASE THREE. Lead Conversations (May–Jun) - Trust & Communication
→ Build deeper trust, navigate difficult conversations with empathy, and shift from managing to partnering.
PHASE FOUR. Lead Teams (Jul–Sep) - Growth Mindset & Culture
→ Create reflective, collaborative cultures where curiosity, vulnerability, and learning are valued.
PHASE FIVE. Lead for Change (Oct–Nov) Integration & Impact
→ Embed new ways of being, empower others, and shape lasting change grounded in shared purpose.

Across the 10 months, you’ll strengthen practice in key areas of the NQS:

QA4 – Staffing Arrangements: Create collaborative, reflective teams where educators feel valued and supported.

QA5 – Relationships with Children: Model trust-centred, emotionally attuned communication that shapes meaningful relationships.

QA6 – Collaborative Partnerships: Lead open, courageous conversations that deepen family and community connections.

QA7 – Governance and Leadership: Clarify purpose, embed reflective practice, and guide continuous improvement with confidence.
Your journey will include:
2-day in-person immersion (March 2026) building self-awareness, recognising patterns, strengthening emotional regulation, and developing a centred leadership presence
In this ten monthly online sessions (90 minutes each) that turn reflection into real-world impact, guiding you to build trust-based communication, shape collaborative team cultures, strengthen relational leadership, and lead meaningful, lasting change.

This event will be open to any educators or leaders from your service, you don't have to be enrolled in the CLM to attend. We encourage you to bring your team colleagues to this transformative event - putting theory into practice.
Tickets are sold separately from CLM registrations, if you wish to attend you must purchase a ticket. Discounts apply for any additional team members that you bring with you.
