Our presence, how we carry ourselves, listen, speak, and connect, sets the emotional tone for our team and shapes the culture of our service. In the demands of daily work, it’s easy to default to doing, directing and fixing. But slow, brain-aligned leadership invites us to lead differently: by being intentional in our presence, attuned in our relationships, and clear in our purpose.

 

This checklist is grounded in slow pedagogy & relational leadership, and Conversational Intelligence® (C-IQ) , a neuroscience-based approach to building trust through intentional communication.
